* Two techniques for grounding and releasing the trauma of hypervigilance

* A daily practice to connect to your power and protect your energy

 

Your parasympathetic system will get a reset, you’ll have named and released much of what has accumulated in your body and we’ll share positive communal energy that you can take forward.
